Together, you step back, talk things through, and start to see your situation more clearly, whether that means taking a step back, bringing in new leadership, or preparing a more structured exit. The quality of these conversations often brings a level of clarity that is hard to reach alone.

We ran a global B2B service company for over 15 years.
We experienced the full cycle, the intensity of the early years, the stability that followed, and eventually, the quiet realisation that we were ready for something different.
Our own transition wasn’t a straight line. It took time. We explored different paths, working with coaches, appointing employees to management positions, going through all stages of a sale process, and eventually going through the process of appointing a General Manager to take over the day-to-day.
Through it all, we were trying to answer one question:
“How do we shape a life that actually reflects who we’ve become?”
Today, things look very different. We’ve created a way of living that gives us more space, more freedom, and more time as a family. We’ve been able to step away for extended periods, including six months traveling in Asia with our two boys. We are now doing professional activities that feel closer to who we are. Felipe is dedicated to his artistic work, and I focus on creating these retreats. We still think, reflect, and build ideas together, but in a way that feels lighter, more intentional, and more aligned with the life we want.
That distance changed our perspective in a way that wouldn’t have been possible while staying fully inside the business.
We’re not here to give you a method or a lecture.
We simply host the space, a few times a year, for you to step back and find your own way of shaping what comes next.
